This notice explains how Li Bien uses information submitted through libien.com.
Availability reminders
When you request an availability reminder, we collect your email address, the ornament or collection selected, the time of your request, and confirmation and delivery status. We use this information only to confirm your request and send the availability email you asked for.
Project inquiries
When you submit a wholesale, gifting, custom, or home fragrance inquiry, we collect the contact and project information entered in the form, along with its originating page. We use it to assess the project, respond to you, and maintain an appropriate business record of the conversation.
Consent and choice
Reminder requests use email confirmation. If you do not confirm, no launch reminder is sent. Every availability email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to remove your information by emailing info@libien.com.
Service providers and retention
We use Resend to deliver email and Cloudflare D1 to store subscription and inquiry records. We retain information only as long as needed to provide requested communications, review business inquiries, maintain suppression preferences, and protect the service from misuse.
