This notice explains how Li Bien uses information submitted through libien.com.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed, referring sources, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide aggregated usage reports. We use these reports to improve the website and understand which content is useful.
Availability reminders
When you request an availability reminder, we collect your email address, the ornament or collection selected, the time of your request, and delivery status. We use this information only to send the availability email you asked for.
Project inquiries
When you submit a wholesale, gifting, or custom ornament inquiry, we collect the contact and project information entered in the form, along with its originating page. We use it to assess the project, respond to you, and maintain an appropriate business record of the conversation.
2027 collection wishes
When you share a wish for the 2027 collection, we collect your idea, email address, optional intended recipient, and any optional image or PDF file you provide. We use this information to understand future product directions, review possible development, contact you only about that submission, and deliver the attachment to the studio for review.
Consent and choice
Submitting a reminder request adds you to the selected availability list. Every availability email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us to remove your information by emailing info@libien.com.
Service providers and retention
We use Google Analytics for aggregated website measurement, Resend to deliver email, and Cloudflare D1 to store subscription, inquiry, and collection-wish records. Collection-wish attachments are delivered to the studio as email attachments and are not stored in the database. We retain information only as long as needed to provide requested communications, review business inquiries and collection wishes, maintain suppression preferences, and protect the service from misuse.
